Whiskered sea otters, cute and curious seals, low-flying pelicans, these are just some of the locals who’ll be joining us as we journey through one of California’s last tidal wetlands. Our sea kayaks are the ultimate stealth vehicle for exploring the richness of this 2500 acre preserve without disturbing the shorebirds, plants and many other members of this delicate ecosystem.As with all our eco-tours, we keep groups small & have instructors who can tell you about the natural history and sensitive nature of the slough and its inhabitants. This is a perfect trip for beginners and experienced paddlers alike.
