Current
Adventures' annual journey to Costa Rica includes paddling
tropical rainforest rivers and sunrise kayak surfing
in the warm Pacific Ocean. All the while, we take in
the breathtaking natural beauty of this country. Baby
sea turtles, monkeys, sloth's as well canopy tours and
a visit to the Serpent add spice to an already HOT trip.
We travel as a group in a comfortable chartered bus
that picks us up at the airport & stays with us
until we fly out. We hit several rivers, with raft support
on all of them for our non-kayaking participants. (This
lets you bring your friends or family members!) Rivers
are primarily class III (with some easy class IV on
day 2 of the Pacuare). One night at the Pacuare river
camp offers us thatched roof accommodations in the heart
of the rainforest! We eat great food and bask in the
joy of a day spent on a magical river. Following that,
the Pacific Coast, surf kayaking in the warm Pacific
Ocean, and cruising with some crocs on the Rio Tulin
await us! Come with us and discover the magic of Costa
Rica.
