Greg, a whitewater kayak instructor for Current Adventures for five years and a raft guide for five years prior to that, has been paddling for nine years and considers New Zealand, specifically the Kaituna River, amongst his favorite places to get wet. The Little White Salmon in Washington and the Middle Fork of the Feather in California also yield big smiles from him. The intense focus and presence needed to paddle difficult water attract Greg to the sport. He competes in whitewater rodeo, slalom, and extreme races to round out his boating experiences. Wintertime finds him snowboarding and seeking warm water to play in. Greg's next paddling destination: Nepal!
