The adventure and laughter that can only happen on the water is what attracts Jennifer to river running. As a gear boat captain for Current Adventures' multi-day river trips, she and her dog, Lily, make perfect partners as they row and absorb the magic of the rivers they navigate. Having dipped an oar in Costa Rica's Pacuare, Jennifer names that river the most splendid she has been on because of the true wilderness experience it provides. When not on the water, Jennifer enjoys snowshoeing, snow camping, igloo building, backpacking, pottery, gardening, reading and being the mother of three wonderful children. Dream trips for Jennifer include running the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon and the Middle Fork of the Salmon.
